My Story
At 21, I believed love meant adjusting, accommodating, staying quiet.
Three months into my marriage, I realised I was disappearing — unheard, unseen, slowly silencing myself to keep the peace.
Leaving was terrifying. Staying would have destroyed me.
So I walked away — judged, blamed, shaken — but clear on one thing: I deserved a life where I didn’t have to shrink to belong.
Around the same time, my body began speaking too.
PCOS showed up — irregular cycles, exhaustion, weight fluctuations, confusion. I was handed pills and told to “manage it.” No one taught me how to listen to my body.
Healing didn’t come from one diagnosis or one solution.
It came from understanding food, stress, rest, emotions, and the deep link between how I lived and how my body responded. Slowly, my cycles stabilised, my energy returned, and I stopped seeing my body as a problem to fix.
That inner shift shaped how I loved — and how I lived.
For 20 years, my husband and I built a partnership rooted in respect, safety, and real intimacy — emotional, physical, and spiritual. In that space, I learned that desire and wellbeing flourish when a woman feels secure in her body and her voice.
In 2016, I lost him.
Grief broke me open — and once again, my body carried me through. The same awareness that helped me navigate PCOS supported me through loss and, later, into menopause.
Menopause wasn’t a breakdown.
It was a transition — supported by the same holistic choices, self-trust, and body literacy I had built over years.
I realised then that my journey — through relationships, hormones, grief, and healing — wasn’t accidental.
I trained, studied, and certified to help women stop fighting their bodies, their desires, and their life stages.
Today, I work with women and couples navigating PCOS, hormonal imbalances, menopause, intimacy struggles, and emotional disconnection.
My work is about reclaiming the body, the voice, and the right to a life that feels aligned.
My story isn’t about survival.
It’s about learning how to listen — and choosing yourself, again and again.

My Coaching Philosophy
I don’t believe the body, emotions, hormones, and relationships can be treated separately.
What shows up as pain, exhaustion, loss of desire, or hormonal imbalance is often the body asking to be heard.
My work is rooted in listening — to the body, to lived experiences, and to the patterns that women have been carrying for years. Whether someone comes to me for chronic reproductive concerns, menopause support, emotional burnout, or intimacy struggles, we begin by understanding their system as a whole.
I work gently and deeply, combining body awareness, lifestyle shifts, emotional processing, and relational insight. There is no rushing, no forcing, and no one-size-fits-all solution. Healing happens when safety is created — in the body, in relationships, and within oneself.
In our one-on-one work, we focus on restoring balance, rebuilding self-trust, and supporting the body through different phases of womanhood — from reproductive challenges to midlife transitions and beyond.
This work isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong.”
It’s about supporting the body and self to function with clarity, ease, and aliveness again.
My approach is informed by training in holistic healing, women’s health, relationship and intimacy coaching, and years of lived and professional experience working with women and couples.
